The 400 coaches in our network became members of our
cadre by invitation, and only after a rigorous selection
process. Selection criteria include:
- Minimum of five years coaching one-on-one at
senior executive levels in multiple organizations
- A list of recognizable coaching client companies
- Minimum of 5 significant and current coaching
engagements
- Minimum of 10 years significant business
experience in an executive leadership position with
decision making responsibilities
- Compliance to a standard Code of Ethics ensuring
respect and confidentiality for the individual
- Three references from recent coaching clients
- Masters or Doctorate degree, preferably in
Business Administration, Organizational Behavior or
Development, Organizational Psychology, Psychology,
or related field
Profile of Our Coaching Cadre
The majority of our coaches are certified as an
Executive Coach by a credible coach education/certifying
organization
Over 70% of our Executive Coaches are trained in the use
of various assessment instruments
StCCG Coaches are required to remain current with the
profession through continuous personal development
activities
All StCCG coaches participate in Quality Control
procedures; i.e. Client Satisfaction surveys
