• Minimum of five years coaching one-on-one at senior executive levels in multiple organizations

• A list of recognizable coaching client companies

• Minimum of 5 significant and current coaching engagements

• Minimum of 10 years significant business experience in an executive leadership position with decision making responsibilities

• Compliance to a standard Code of Ethics ensuring respect and confidentiality for the individual

• Three references from recent coaching clients

• Masters or Doctorate degree, preferably in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior or Development, Organizational Psychology, Psychology, or related field
