Marianne is founder and principal of Acovelli &
Associates. Her firm is closely aligned with St. Charles
Consulting Group. She and her team specialize in
eLearning Strategy, Development and Delivery. Marianne
has extensive experience combining technology and
educational theory. She has directed the planning,
design and development of courseware that increases the
effectiveness of individuals at all skill levels.
Prior to forming her company, Marianne was an Associate
Partner responsible for Learning Leadership at
Accenture. There she led 25 senior learning and
technology architects, designers and project managers to
define the learning, technology and delivery strategy
for $35 million of educational training products across
20 content domains. Marianne also directed 7 managers in
research and market intelligence for new technologies,
learning theories and eLearning delivery channels.
Earlier in her career at Accenture, Marianne directed an
eLearning development group comprised of 90
technologists, instructional designers, content experts,
curriculum planners, and media specialists that designed
and built 500 hours or $12 million of distributed
training products annually.

Northeastern Illinois University and a BS in Computer
