Alan Berson is an Executive Coach who coaches executives to plan
strategically and to perform the learning to take positive, committed, timely
action in a fast-paced business environment.
Alan brings to his clients twenty-five years of experience in marketing, sales
and management in leadership positions. Alan gained solid business experience in
Marketing, Strategic Planning and Finance at companies such as Gillette, Bausch
& Lomb, Marriott, Chase Lincoln First and Merrill Lynch. He recently was the
President and CEO of a training organization with clients such as Cendant and
CNA Insurance, in the real estate and financial service industries. Alan
understands both the business and the personal development needs of all levels
of management. He has experiences building, running, and managing companies from
the start-up, entrepreneurial phase to Fortune 100.
A partial list of Alan’s clients includes Century 21 Real Estate (Cendant),
NASA, and the National Institute of Health, Oracle, a Congressional Committee on
Homeland Security, lawyers from major law firms in the D. C. area and owners of
private multi-million dollar companies.
Alan received a B. S. in Economics and an MBA from The Wharton School of the
University of Pennsylvania. He is certified in Leadership Coaching from
Georgetown University. Alan is also accredited to deliver all of the assessments
of the Center for Creative Leadership. He is a member of the International Coach
Federation.
Alan is the author of a book, soon to be published, titled: “HOW TO BE COACHED:
Owning Your Destiny, Honoring Yourself.”
He continues to devote 25% of his business week to continued research into the
art and science of Coaching, Leadership, and Executive Development, as well as
staying current in the newest theories and practices of Strategic Planning,
Marketing, Sales and Executive Management.
