Harry provides direction for all technology-based client solutions, as well as, all software product development for the St. Charles Consulting Group. He has over 28 years of information technology and technology consulting experience acquired at Big Five consulting and accounting firms. His areas of expertise include application development, systems integration, project planning and management.

Prior to joining the St. Charles Consulting Group, Harry was the Director of Information Systems for Andersen’s Learning and Personal Growth organization. In this role, Harry directed software development, operations, and support functions for the organization. During his tenure at Learning and Personal Growth, Harry led the implementation of a global planning and budgeting system for training attendance of approximately 85,000 partners and employees. The application was developed using web technologies and delivered over the firm’s intranet. Harry also led the firm’s first offshore software development project. The project team operated virtually and included members from the United States, United Kingdom and India.

Prior to joining Learning and Personal Growth, Harry spent a significant portion of his career with Andersen Consulting (currently Accenture). As Applications Systems Development Manager, Harry planned, budgeted and managed all aspects of financial, operations and performance management software development for Andersen Consulting Education. Additionally, Harry planned, designed and developed financial systems to track project budgeting, training development costs, and training delivery costs.

Before joining the Education organization of Andersen Consulting, Harry was a Consulting Manager on client engagements. In this role, he managed the design and development of materials management and costing systems for client companies. Client companies included, Nissan Motor Manufacturing, Navistar, Signode, Beloit Manufacturing, Wilson Sporting Goods, R.R. Donnelly & Sons and Lawter Chemicals.

Harry holds a Master of Business Administration and BS in Finance from the University of Illinois at Champaign, Illinois. Harry is also a certified Fellow in the American Production and Inventory Control Society.
