Christopher has over 17 years of Human Resource operations and consulting experience. Chris has spent the most recent 10 years focused in the area of Organization Effectiveness consulting including Leadership Development, Training & Development, Executive Coaching, Teambuilding & Strategy Sharing, Change Management, Acquisition Integration, and HR Effectiveness. He has been recognized for utilizing his relationship building skills, versatility, and business acumen to translate business strategy into value-added Human Resource solutions.

Experience/Background
Chris has held several Human Resource Leadership positions where he partnered with C-Level business clients. He functioned as an internal consultant to develop, align and implement HR programs in support of business strategy. He has also worked as an external HR consultant on various strategic change initiatives. Notable amongst Chris’s broad experience includes his role as a facilitator for the global rollout of the Six Sigma/Change Acceleration Program (CAP) at a Fortune 100 global business. He has provided project leadership for the pre and post merger Change Management integration activities for a chemical manufacturing firm. Further, Chris led a team of operating HR Managers through a Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) process redesign for the Staffing organization at a major retailer’s headquarters and store support center.

Chris’ experience and strong reputation as an HR consultant have enabled him to provide his clients with an array of HR services. He has worked with several Fortune 500 companies and with industries such as hospitality, telecommunications, consumer products, retail and professional services.

Education/Professional Achievements
Chris is a graduate of the GE Human Resource Leadership Program (HRLP). He has his Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA) from William & Mary and his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. He has completed international exchange programs at Christ’s College, Cambridge University and the Stockholm School of Economics.
