Consulting Group

StCCG was founded in 2002 by two former Partners from Arthur Andersen, one from its Center for Learning & Personal Growth, which was based on a campus in St. Charles, IL., and the other from the Knowledge Management practice.

StCCG’s newest members, The Workpath Group, Transition Resources and PeopleResults, have been premiere providers of executive and team coaching and workforce consulting services in San Jose and Dallas.

For the past several years, the three firms have been alliance partners of the St. Charles Consulting Group. As we worked together to provide services on a global scale, we came to admire each other’s values, integrity and ability to tie people needs to business strategy.

As we explored how to tie our services even more closely to our clients’ evolving people strategies to continue our growth, it was a natural and comfortable decision to come together under the St. Charles Consulting Group brand.

The new, larger StCCG has the ability to help you articulate your business strategy in terms of workforce needs, and then to partner to prepare your people for the tomorrow you have planned.

We are excited to offer:

• Added resources to design and deliver Leadership Development and Learning programs.
• New capabilities in blending Knowledge Management, Workforce and Talent Management Strategy, Learning Strategy and Solutions with our existing coaching and consulting.
