Jon is an accounting, legal and learning professional with three decades of experience providing services to C-level clientele.

Experience/Background
Jon was a senior Partner at Arthur Andersen and the Managing Partner of Arthur Andersen Performance and Learning (AAPL) where he directed over 400 learning professionals with an annual training budget in excess of $200 million. Jon was responsible for providing training solutions to all Andersen employees on a worldwide basis. Prior to this role, Jon served as Managing Partner of Worldwide Tax Training for Andersen. Jon oversaw the professional development of Andersen’s tax professionals globally. Some of the most notable accomplishments during his tenure include creating The Business Advisory Development Program for Senior Managers, a program designed to expand business advisory and leadership skills on a cross-cultural, global basis; implementing a new tax training curriculum in the U.S.; expanding the multi-national cross border training opportunities for employees; and creating a global Tax Training Advisory Committee which coordinated all of the firm’s training opportunities on a global basis. For many years, Jon served clients directly as a tax professional specializing in multi-national taxation. He has had extensive experience in negotiating with governmental taxing agencies around the world.

Education/Professional Achievements
Jon has a Bachelor’s, a Master’s of Business Administration and a Juris Doctorate degree all from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a frequent speaker and instructor on both tax and educational/training topics. Jon is the Managing Director of the St. Charles Learning Community, a membership network for recognized leaders in designing, developing and managing organizational transformation and human performance.
