Kathryn, a Director with St. Charles Consulting Group (StCCG), leverages her more than 20 years of business experience to assist companies in improving performance. Kathryn’s experience includes strategy development, post-merger integration, organizational development, change management and communications as well as leadership development and training. Kathryn excels in analyzing complex qualitative barriers to performance and building effective solutions.
Experience/Background
Kathryn’s consulting projects have been wide-ranging. Kathryn recently served as the change management lead for a manufacturing client’s ERP implementation. Her role was recognized by the executive team as a key ROI factor in the project successfully completing on time and on budget with successful uptake throughout the organization. For another client, Kathryn developed case-based training to help shift the risk management culture of a large aerospace company from division-specific to company-wide. Subsequently, the company has launched numerous cross division risk sharing protocols and continues to build shared risk monitoring. Kathryn has worked with numerous executive teams involved in mergers, joint ventures, strategic alliances, start-ups or evolving business models. With her help, they are able to clearly articulate future state goals and break them down into prioritized strategic objectives, critical processes, implementation plans, committed teams and a program management approach.
Prior to joining StCCG, Kathryn was a Director with Parson Consulting. There she built methodologies for best practice service offerings and developed Parson’s change management offering. Kathryn also developed and ran the Executive Development program. The program included 360 feedback grounded in the values of the company, certified feedback coaching, individualized development programs and performance progress monitoring. Kathryn began her career with Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) first in IT systems and then in training development. As industry education manager, Kathryn honed her skills in the areas of change management, post-merger integration and strategy development. Kathryn learned the area of instructional design, which she has applied to numerous clients by developing training curriculums and events to achieve their business goals.
Education/Professional Achievements
Kathryn received her Bachelors of Science in Business from California State University, Long Beach and her Masters in Learning Sciences from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL.
