Experience/Background
Kerrie’s in-depth experience comes from working closely with many clients – both individuals and teams - helping them reach their full potential. Kerrie developed and led a women’s leadership program, combining program delivery, one-on-one executive coaching and facilitation of peer coaching. Kerrie also led a department of attorneys in a series of interactive team-buildings to develop standards of behavior, thereby increasing collaboration within the team and extending to the rest of the organization. In another organization, Kerrie created a coaching culture by delivering training to all management levels, from the CEO to line supervisors, and following up with one-on-one coaching to all participants.
Prior to joining the St. Charles Consulting Group (StCCG), Kerri owned and ran a consulting business for over seven years. Kerrie has also served in various executive positions in Human Resources for the Nature Conservancy, KB Homes and General Mills. In these roles, she supported more than 600 people, coaching managers on employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and department structure. Kerrie has worked with a broad range of clients across multiple industries including healthcare, mutual insurance, city government, online retail, high-tech and banking.
