StCCG was engaged to create a 3-day on-boarding program
for their entry-level new hires. The program was
designed to provide new hires with fundamental
information necessary for them to be immediately
effective, efficient and confident in their new roles.
The 3 day program covered an introduction to the
organizations leadership and organizational strategy,
overview of key supporting resources, basic job
requirements and expectations delivered in an
interactive learning environment.
The new hires were then subsequently enrolled into
another program following 6-9 months of employment that
provided an immersion into the way in which the firm
approached, serviced and consulted with their clients.
This part of the program was designed and developed to
simulate an actual client team environment and provided
realistic case scenarios in which program participants
would have an opportunity to role play client engagement
scenarios utilizing internal resources, tools and
network contacts.
A major financial and litigation consulting firm
StCCG was engaged by a major financial and litigation
consulting firm to re-design and develop their existing
employee orientation program into an interactive,
dynamic experience for new hires. Our approach to design
and development was to create a program that would:
- Communicate the firm strategy, mission, vision,
values and other organizational knowledge
- Provide networking and relationship building
opportunities among new employees
- Allow new employees to meet the firm’s
leadership team
- Create a memorable experience and impression of
the organization
We worked with the client to link the program to other
processes and programs to support on-going development
(such as performance management, mentoring, etc.). To
accomplish this goal StCCG took a collaborative approach
in which we partner with key stakeholders,
representative participants, subject matter experts and
HR to create a robust program.
In addition to working with this client on their
orientation program, we have also since assisted them
with the design, development and delivery of a New
Manager Program.
