Peggy Leyden is passionate about helping her clients
– organizations and individuals – take their skill sets
further so that they can achieve both their personal and
professional goals. Organizations value her engaging and
enthusiastic style as well as her business skills in
leadership, change management, organizational
development and team building.
Her prior experience includes launching her own
consultancy that began in 2003 which focuses on
leadership development, change management and teaming.
Peggy has worked both as a freelance consultant and as
an employee for several Chicagoland companies including
FranklinCovey, McDonalds Corporation, Deloitte,
BearingPoint, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, The Northern Trust
Bank, and Arthur Andersen’s Business Consulting
Practice.
Peggy regularly teaches FranklinCovey’s Leadership:
Great Teams, Great Leaders, Great Results program and
certifies FranklinCovey’s clients in this material as
well.
Peggy has an M.S. in Management and Organizational
Behavior from Illinois Benedictine University and a B.S.
in Public Relations from Ball State University. She is
certified in the interpretation of the Myers Briggs Type
Indicator, Drexler-Sibbett Team Performance Model,
Blanchard’s Situational Leadership course as well as
other team and leadership training programs.
