Marianne has extensive experience combining technology and educational theory. Marianne’s expertise is directing the planning, design and development of courseware that increases the effectiveness of individuals at all skill levels. Marianne’s project management and leadership skills enable her to lead large-scale training development efforts.

Experience/Background
Prior to becoming a consultant with St. Charles Consulting Group (StCCG), Marianne founded a company specializing in eLearning strategy, development and delivery. She has worked with many clients, helping them develop their learning strategy and training curriculums.

Prior to StCCG, Marianne was an Associate Partner responsible for Learning Leadership at Accenture. There she led 25 senior learning and technology architects, designers and project managers. Her team defined the learning, technology and delivery strategy for $35 million of educational training products across 20 content domains. Marianne also directed a team of managers in research and market intelligence for new technologies, learning theories and eLearning delivery channels.

Earlier in her career at Accenture, Marianne directed an eLearning development group comprised of 90 technologists, instructional designers, content experts, curriculum planners, and media specialists. The team successfully designed and built 500 hours or $12 million of distributed training products annually.

Education/Professional Achievements
Marianne’s work has been recognized nationally. While at Accenture, Marianne’s team won awards with International Television & Video Association, Cinema in Industry Award (CINDY) and Excellence in e-learning Awards. Marianne holds an MA in Instructional Design from Northeastern Illinois University and a BS in Computer Science from Western Illinois University.
