Specialized Professional Competence
Michael is a Partner with St. Charles Consulting Group, specializing in helping corporate clients address needs around Change Management, Guided Mentoring, and Team Development. Michael began his Organizational Development career as an instructor and business development manager for the corporate training programs at Outward Bound, where he worked delivering leadership development curriculums for such clients as Coca-Cola, Home Depot, and Cox Enterprises.

Experience/Background
Prior to joining St. Charles, Michael was a Vice President of Organizational Consulting with Right Management Consultants. Michael was also the Principal and Founder of Pacific Performance Alliance, an organization comprised of independent consultants and Stanford University Engineering professors focused on developing high performing management teams. Michael’s operational experience comes from his first career as a Production Manager for Bill Cosby and Carsey Werner Productions and later for NBC Sports and Turner Broadcasting where he managed the budgets and logistics for such events as the NBA Championships, World Cup Soccer, and The Olympic Games.

Michael has recently consulted to key executives and faculty at a number of organizations across the financial services, technology consulting, high-tech, professional services and higher education industries. He has focused on mentoring program design and delivery, strategic planning facilitation, team development programs and working one-on-one, coaching executives through the cultural rifts of downsizing to mergers of high-tech European organizations.

Education/Professional Achievements
Michael is certified in multiple 360 instruments and the Birkman Method for coaching and development. Michael is the Past co-President of the Northern California Chapter of the Association for Strategic Planning and is a volunteer with Junior Achievement. He holds a Masters degree in business administration with a focus on strategic leadership from Dominican University and earned a Bachelor’s with a concentration in Business Administration from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
