With more than ten years experience, Shelley Pantelic specializes in
developing and implementing change management, performance management and
communication strategies and tactics that enable organizational transformation.
Shelley has tangible experience developing and implementing executive visioning,
strategy articulation and management planning sessions, redesigning business
processes and organizational structure, implementing performance management
processes and aligning performance measures to strategic objectives, developing
and implementing strategic communication plans and branding campaigns,
developing change management curriculum, conducting leadership and middle
management training, facilitating role clarification and teambuilding sessions,
assessing organizational readiness for change, creating fact based business case
for change, and developing and deploying comprehensive transition/change
management plans. Key accomplishments include:
- Developed and facilitated visioning and strategic planning sessions for
multiple clients including a global financial markets organization, a
Fortune 100 automotive manufacturer, and an international learning/research
firm.
- Developed and implemented organizational transformation strategy and
tactical plans to drive multiple restructuring, process reengineering,
system implementation and integration initiatives.
- Designed and facilitated strategy articulation and role clarification
sessions for major account teams within a Fortune 500 printing organization.
- Implemented performance management systems and processes for multiple
clients including a multi billion-dollar global professional services firm,
and a Fortune 100 retailer.
- Developed and implemented integrated communication strategy to build
infrastructure and ensure consistent messaging for multiple clients
including a global product-safety testing and certification organization.
- Served as change management and communications coach and advisor to
executive leadership for multiple clients including Executive VP of a global
sourcing organization, VP Strategy of a fortune 100 retail organization, CEO
and COO of a global financial markets organization, EVP Information Systems
of a learning and research firm, EVP Strategy of a global safety
organization, and multiple Global and US Managing Directors for two
international professional service firms.
- Developed Change Enablement Communication Methodology, Model and
Toolkit, which was adapted as Andersen Business Consulting firm wide
standard and rolled out to global management.
Shelley holds a Masters’ Degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from
Northwestern University, and a Bachelor’s in Communications from Washington
State University. Speaking engagement include: guest speaker Northwestern
University, Medill School of Journalism, DePaul University Business School,
Healthcare Management Systems, Inc. 2001 Users’ Conference.
