As Managing Partner and co-founder of St. Charles Consulting Group (StCCG), Phil brings over 30 years of executive level expertise in human resources, training, and operations to his clients, most of which are large companies/firms with global operations. More specifically, Phil delivers services in the areas of training design and development, integration of people and processes, team effectiveness, strategic facilitation and large scale program management.

Experience/Background
Since StCCG's inception in 2002, Phil has worked on a variety of large scale client assignments. Among other projects, he led the design and creation of the entire workforce lifecycle, including all supporting developmental programs, for the start-up of a 50,000 employee enterprise. Phil manages StCCG’s coaching services and has designed the customized programs through which these services are delivered on a consistently high quality basis to each of our clients. As the relationship manager on several significant clients, Phil thrives on partnering with the client to create and oversee programs that achieve targeted results. From creating competency models to designing management skills training to facilitating strategic leadership meetings, Phil leverages his vast experience to serve StCCG’s clients.

Prior to founding StCCG, Phil served as Partner in Charge of Global Operations for Arthur Andersen’s worldwide training organization. In this role, he managed 500 learning professionals who designed, developed and delivered training courses and programs for Andersen’s global organization. Prior to this role, Phil worked for Freeport Indonesia, a subsidiary of Freeport McMoran. For six years, Phil lived and worked in a very remote island in eastern Indonesia at one of the largest copper and gold mines in the world. During his tenure at Freeport Indonesia, Phil performed as Chief Administrative Officer and was responsible for all human resources, administration, infrastructure, and training activities for 17,000 employees and contractors. Phil also served on the Board of Directors for this multi-billion dollar business. Phil spent the first 21 years of his career working for Arthur Andersen in auditing and financial consulting, and subsequently moved into leadership roles within Human Resources.

Phil’s experience ranges across many industries including technology consulting, professional services, financial services, mining and natural resources.

Education/Professional Achievements
Phil received his Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Accounting from Steven F. Austin State University in Texas. Phil is a non-practicing Certified Public Accountant.
