Steven Limpert provides business process analysis and research for the St. Charles Consulting Group.

Steve is our Senior Process Analyst with over 5 years of direct engagement support involving over 8 clients and 30 process simplification projects. His work includes the initial analysis of “As-Is” processes, the identification of process gaps, and the design and development of streamlined processes. Steve is also very actively involved in the identification of supporting tools and knowledge assets to support the new processes, and also participates in the development of knowledge systems to deliver new processes and tools.

Steve’s research work focuses on information retrieval, due diligence, market research, and analysis of Fortune 500 companies and governmental agencies.

Experience/Background
Steven brings a strong business perspective to our team through 12 years of experience in information technology and eight years in market research. This includes experience in serving multiple industries, including heath care, manufacturing, chemical, automotive, and energy services.

Prior to working with the St. Charles Consulting Group, Steven was the Director of IT for a market research firm serving Fortune 100 Health Care and Bio-Chemical corporations. Steven has also worked as a HR advisor, business consultant, and has extensive experience in statistics and database programming.

Education/Professional Achievements
Steven received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota-Minneapolis and his Masters of Science degree in Industrial Relations/HR from Loyola University Chicago.
