Susan brings 20 years of external and internal consulting experience building the learning strategy and function, aligning learning to business requirements, establishing learning governance, designing innovative learning solutions, and deploying learning to a global audience.

Experience/Background
Susan’s large scale design and development experience includes leading teams of 100+ learning professionals, including offshore teams and outsourced services to build functional and enterprise curriculum in a wide range of subject areas and delivery methods. She has selected and implemented Learning Management Systems and related technologies for Fortune 500 companies, reducing costs and improving capabilities.

Susan has worked with a number of Fortune 500 companies in internal or external learning consulting roles including: Wachovia, Kraft, Johnson Controls, Ingersoll Rand, Baxter, Accenture, Hewitt, American General, Shell, TXU, General Dynamics, and Blue Cross-Blue Shield. Her global experience includes partnering with learning groups and management teams in a number of countries, including India, China, France, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, United Kingdom, Mexico, Brazil, and Costa Rica.

Education/Professional Achievements
Susan holds a M.ED., in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Houston, TX; a Post-Graduate Certificate in Biomedical Communications from UT Health Science Center in Houston, TX; and a B.S. in Communications, Radio-Television-Film from the University of Texas, Austin. Susan is also an active member in ASTD, ISPI and SHRM.
