Todd brings over 25 years of diverse experience helping organizations improve their bottom line by aligning employee activities and capabilities with organizational goals and objectives. Focused on talent management and employee engagement strategies and programs, Todd’s facilitative approach enables him to partner and consult with organizational leaders and gain support from key stakeholders to lead strategic, innovative, and organizational wide initiatives. Todd’s experience in working with organizations cover a wide range of talent management and employee engagement areas including learning and development, career development, executive coaching, performance management, succession planning, assessments, management and leadership development, competency development, and the development of high potentials.

Experience/Background
Todd consults with organizations to strengthen their talent management and employee engagement efforts. The foundation of his work centers on understanding his clients’ organizational strategy and then focusing on the capabilities required to achieve that strategy. Targeting key talent management and engagement issues, Todd provides coaching to and works with leadership to implement programs that met their business objectives. In addition, Todd delivers several training programs and is a public speaker on topics such as change, finding balance in times of stress and career management.

Prior to his current role, Todd spent 18 years in the Human Resources and Learning and Development functions of KPMG. Leveraging a change management approach Todd led a number of innovative programs including the implementation of career management portal that provided comprehensive career resources; the design, development and implementation of a firmwide performance management system; the development of a firmwide competency model; the strategic re-alignment of a training function; the creation of a succession planning process for an IT function; the delivery of 40,000 hours of training annually for the firms high technology industry group; the creation of the firm’s first computer based training program; the implementation of a state of the art distance learning network; large scale organizational development programs that supported the rapid growth of an emerging business unit; and the development of a start-up business service that enabled client engagement teams to streamline the needs assessment phase of their engagements.

Prior to joining KPMG, Todd worked in a human resources consulting firm delivering broad based human resources consulting, provided career management services through Right Management Consultants, and provided coaching to individuals and teams.

Education/Professional Achievements
Todd holds two Masters degrees from Montclair St. University, one in Industrial / Organizational Psychology and a second in Counseling. He has a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Lynchburg College. He is certified to deliver the Birkman Work Style Assessment and has completed coach training from Coach U.
