Tracy brings twenty years of professional, consultative, national account development experience to her role with St. Charles Consulting Group. She possesses a thorough understanding of customer service, project and personnel management, negotiating, marketing, and strategic account management. She is a proven performer in relationship building, presenting the most effective and financially fiscal solutions to her clients, and being an active part of the entire project from inception to completion to ensure satisfaction.
Experience/Background
Tracy worked 14 years with an established Chicago-based human capital management consulting firm where her business unit focused on custom development of systems and procedural training. She consultatively worked with clients to identify their needs and recommended a solution or strategic staffing approach. Tracy was consistent in her expansion of training services into new accounts, as well as, recommending new solutions with current clients. She was a perpetual leader in new business development initiatives.
Tracy spent 5 years prior with a custom training and performance boutique firm specializing in media based training. After four years of being in a role of account executive, she was promoted to sales manager. Tracy established new major accounts, nourished existing clients, and won vendor status with several large organizations. In addition, she managed sales staff’s sales activities, developed new marketing campaigns and created new business development strategies.
Education/Professional Achievements
Tracy graduated with honors and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Sociology from Elmhurst College.
